Kestrel Folio arranges paid editorial placements with independent publishers. We write to an editor or site owner with a single proposal for their site, agree the rate in writing, and pay once the piece is live.

A member of our team wrote that message to you by hand. It makes one offer: a specific paid placement on your site, with the topic and the fee stated up front.

You have not been signed up to anything, and there is nothing to buy. If the offer is of no interest, reply “unsubscribe” or use the opt-out form below. Either way we stop writing to that address straight away. For anything else, write to [email protected].

What publishers can hold us to

Three terms apply to every placement we arrange. They do not change from one site to the next.

2.1The rate is set before any text existsWe confirm the fee in writing before we send you a single line of content. Once the article is published that number stays put. We will not come back later asking for a discount.

2.2Paid within 1–3 business daysSend the live URL and your invoice. Payment goes out within one to three business days of publication, by the method you prefer.

2.3Your house rules decideWhich topics you accept, how the text reads, and whether a link is followed, nofollow or marked sponsored are all your call. We work inside your guidelines.

How a placement works

You can end the conversation at any step, and a no is never followed by a reminder.

3.1We read your site firstBefore we write, we look at what you publish and what your guidelines ask for. If a piece would look out of place on your site, we do not send the email.

3.2One proposal, in writingThe email names the topic, the format and the fee. You can accept it, suggest your own terms, or decline. If you decline, your address goes onto our suppression list.

3.3A finished draft, to your briefWe send edited copy written to the terms you agreed. You approve it, ask for changes, or turn it down.

3.4Publication, then paymentWhen the article is live, send the link and an invoice. You are paid within 1–3 business days.
